Marketing is a means to an end.  The means are the effort, cash or content that you put out, and the end is consumer attention... the end!

Understand that there are BILLIONS of other things for your client base to consume.  They are CHOOSING you!  That's awesome!  Leverage all the free tools available to you and get your head in the game!

You're going to hear no... a lot.  Likely 99 times for every YES.  How will you improve that ratio, and ensure that you are getting all the business you've earned?

How well do you network?  Who else is telling your story?  How can/have/do you make sure those relationships stay strong? Lakeisha gives us some great advice and an OUTSTANDING example of adding continual value to her Sphere of Influence.

You want people to like you!  They should enjoy your content and you need to EARN the ask for business.  Don't be spammy, you wouldn't like it if they did it to you! ADD VALUE

When we generate the conversation with a potential client, we HAVE to make sure we take the opportunity to ask for business!  What will you say, and when will you say it?

The problem we all mis-characterize on Social Media is that no one is appreciative of the interactions they get!  Lead with thank you and make sure people know how you feel about them CHOOSING to consume your content!
