Trying to cook certain dishes can be scary, just like trying new things in life. Though like cooking we can learn from our mistakes and try again.

How do we share when we are upset? How do we stope ourselves from imploding on ourselves? The answer is in how we microwave our leftovers.

The mind also hungers for different forms of food. Whether it be how to express yourself, how to gain new skills, and/or how to move on our minds hungers. It is up to us to find ways to feed it to help it grow and build.

We cannot hold on to past hurts and bring them into new relationships and adventures. Apologize to yourself, to those who have been there with you and make sure you keep your head up. Let people see your growth and that they no longer have control over you.

We take on the people around us at times and this can lead to us having a hard time knowing who we are. It is okay to help others but we can only do so correctly if we know who we are first.

First lesson in life, it is not easy. Second lesson in life, you are only in control of you. Keep these two items in mine as you walk through life. It will help build your foundation.
