It’s about saying YES to yourself when your back is against the wall. It’s a learned behavior that you forge in fire. It’s the immediate, gut-level decision to fight when you are attacked, to stand when you are shaken, to rise when you fall. Commitment is the second characteristic towards achieving a Mile-18 Mindset.
