So for us, at Beams we decided early on that we want to invest almost all our resources, both time and money, into building our platform and also picking out specific community leaders. My name is Sue. I'm a nurse working here in Madison Wisconsin at University Hospital. Um I've been working here for 38 years. I've been in the E. D. The last 20 years. I've never seen anything like this packed full of people that are coming in more and more each day with Covid. The majority of these people are not vaccinated. I find it frustrating. I get angry. I wonder why they did this, why they're doing this to me. Why they're doing this to all the people that need to be away from sick people in the waiting room. I'm frustrated because I can't get them out of the freaking waiting room. I can't get the sick people out of the waiting room to get them away from these people with Covid who didn't have the thought to even try and get vaccinated to prevent from spreading this. It's hard we have nurses leaving this profession. They're burnt out. They're overworked. This is my 2nd 16 hour shift this week. I'm finally leading. Came in here at two o'clock in the morning and it's now seven at night? Oh yeah I got my 20 minute break. It gets hard 61 years old and I'm doing this.
