The concept of her podcast was a no brainer when midlife scenarios are in the equation. What impressed me most, she read my book before the interview and that made some really great dialogue. Her engaging persona made me want to talk with her longer.

Midlife with Courage, heck yes! We all need some courage and we all need the information that Kim provides. Her style makes you feel like you are sitting down with a friend and enjoying a great conversation. There are great episodes on health, healing, what to do with your life, and so much more that are geared toward us, the ladies that have been around the block but still have miles to go. With Kim’s expertise as an RN and her approach to different ways of dealing with health beyond ibuprofen and a “see you next year,” is refreshing and educational. This is one to add to your favorites and will likely become your #1.

Kim is lovely to listen to and her guest choices and topics are full of positivity and connection. This is a great podcast for anyone who feels stuck and needs the motivation of others who have successfully gotten UN-stuck!

Kim has been so helpful to me and my family. Her podcasts are so uplifting and informational….BUT she has also helped me with my family’s health and well-being. My toddler was waking from his bed during the night for over a year. One night using a diffuser with some essential oils in his room, and he’s slept through the night ever since. I cannot thank her enough for her knowledge and support.

We are shown to be quiet as we get older. But we need to be brave and step into our truest self. And I love that Kim gives us permission to do that. With such beautiful grace and compassion. Meeting us right where we are at. Thank you for stepping out into your courage Kim!

I've listened to a couple of the women's stories, so inspirational and warming. It does take a lot sometimes, just to step up and do what you need to do. Hearing these women's stories makes you realize, that we are not alone. Keep gong Kim, keep sharing our stories. It's important!

Listening to Kim talk about her life and heroes being her daughters made me think that throughout my life she’s always been the one I’ve looked up to and to me has always been the poster child for what success should look like. Although I may be a little biased, as she is my sister, I would highly recommend anyone who’s interested in bettering themself to listen in and see what she has to say.
