The loss of a child can turn a marriage and family on its head and scatter their well arranged lives. For Jessica Janzen and her beau, Hot Ronnie, the choice to bring the joy out of the pain of losing their six month old son, Lewiston, has turned grief on its head. Jessica shares how her choice to be resilient and vulnerable has opened the door to a life of abundance where the Love for Lewiston Foundation is changing the landscape of Spinal Muscular Atrophy in the province of Alberta (Canada) and leaving a legacy of joy in every life touched.
Jessica reminds us to not wait to lose a life before we start living the life we have.
You can read Jessica’s story of how the nudges led her to Hot Ronnie and the Love for Lewiston Foundation in her 2020 book, Bring The Joy.
To attend the Love for Lewiston Foundation’s biggest annual fundraiser, get your ticket at Lewiston’s 6th Birthday Party. If you’re too far from Calgary, you can support with a donation or by purchasing Lewiston Label merchandise.
