On this episode, Shannon tells us what she did to rise from holding the suicide hotline in her back pocket to holding space for others as a happiness coach.

Shannon is the host of Finally Effing Happy, a podcast and community where women with chronic conditions are supported with resources, motivation and practical tools to help them get into action and take better care of themselves. She is passionate about helping women be kind to themselves. 
 
Shannon’s journey is an inspiration to never give up because the door to living a happy life is never closed, no matter how messy life gets.
