It might be difficult for most of us to know how to love ourselves....for many reasons that have to do with the way we brought up...we were not taught how to love ourselves...maybe because of the life we are living...That is fine...As we still have the time to enjoy ourselves and live the life we want, as we still learning and will keep learning about ourselves and the life we are living...
