Sen. Jim Merritt Talks about Senate Bill 186 which would prohibit medical providers from releasing drug screenings and test results of pregnant women to law enforcement officials without court orders.

Today, Sen. Merritt talks about a recent amendment he made to SB 334 to help further protect Indiana’s children. The bill would require schools to do a “Child Protection Index” (CPI) as a condition of employment for individuals likely to have direct, ongoing contact with children during their employment at a school.
