Rachael Lieberman is freelance creative producer who has been on all sides of the coin when it comes to producing and art directing photography & entertainment, from where she began her career at Teen People all the way to big networks like NBC, HULU, and AMC. In this episode we dissect the differences between the entertainment structure of creatives teams, hiring, pitching, and bidding, etc to the advertising model. She has a breadth of experience producing shoots big and small in entertainment and editorial, sourcing excellent photographers and director per project, and (one of her favorite parts of her job) concepting and art directing for editorial. She truly is a lover of the arts and photography, and is currently curating a show that will be on display in one of the 2018 MOPLA exhibitions.
