Rassel Pratomo (33, Indonesian, @rassel31) and David Yedija (30, Indonesian, @davidyedija) shared their current work and experiences in starting their own businesses on top of a full time job. Rassel is the Co-founder and CTO of Akseleran, which is a peer to peer lending startup in Indonesia. David is one of the owners of Kopi Seru Indonesia, who also works in the coal mining industry. They both talked about the things that drive and motivate them to strive in their respective fields. They also shared some personal tips on how to juggle their different responsibilities. Another insightful talk that is worth the time :)

dr. Ruben Sugondo (36, Indonesian, @rubenrsugondo) is a medical doctor and currently in his second year of Sports Medicine specialty training at University of Indonesia. He shared about his fitness journey and talked about the differences of being healthy versus being fit, and which one we should go for. He explained how striving and pushing ourselves to be fit is one of the ways we can express gratitude of the physical body we have been given. He shared his valuable and professional insights on exercising and how to have a healthy lifestyle. His advice for people who want to start their fit life journey is very practical and easy to follow. Christella Tendean Hedrich (29, Indonesian, @c10d3an) talked about her experience moving to the United States when she was 8 years old and adapting to an entirely new culture. She explained some of the cultural differences that she had to learn and how she coped with it. She also shared some insights into her interracial marriage. Having a blend of two different cultures are exciting for them because they can make up their own family traditions that will be passed down to their children. Mereka menceritakan tantangan dan perjuangan yang harus dijalani untuk mendapatkan kesempatan mengikuti seleksi atlit di Pelatihan Nasional (Pelatnas), dimulai dari pengalaman latihan lebih dari 12 jam dalam sehari / 6 hari dalam seminggu, sampai disaat mereka harus memilih meninggalkan bangku sekolah demi mengikuti pelatihan di asrama atlit.
