Rich Diviney has 20+ years of experience as a Navy SEAL Officer where he completed more than 13 overseas deployments – 11 of which were to Iraq and Afghanistan. Throughout his career, he achieved multiple leadership positions, including the Commanding Officer of a Navy SEAL Command. I want to thank Rich for his service to our country first and foremost and for the sacrifice he has made for us.

Since Rich retired from the Navy in 2017, he has become a well-renowned speaker & consultant with the Chapman & Co. Leadership Institute as well as Simon Sinek Inc. Rich’s mission is helping others to realize their potential and witnessing them accelerate towards it through building attributes. And he is the author of “The Attributes”. A book he authored from his 20+ years of experience in the Navy.
