MOD episodes have no shelf-life or expiration date.  Since our focus is principled and always happening now - each will always reflect the fluid nature of current events.

“All we are is peace, love and wisdom and the power to create the illusion that we are not.”

Response-ability is the ability to respond. Accountability adds up - or something is wrong.  Re-actions defend thinking that denial can create truth.

Our conversation is not mythological or magical since it is not hypothetical or impossible. It poses no miracles since nature, like healing, is natural. It uncovers no mystery since Reality and Truth are not hidden as essence is essentially it is not conditional as it is always available and accessible.

Digging and seeking for what cannot be found creates the feeling of being  lost and alone. Where we always are is where we fit and belong. This is so even as we vainly shake our heads trying to find our place as though it can be elsewhere. Looking everywhere but where we are is traumatic since the impossible conflict imposed will last as long as we rely on the incorrect thought that we think is true. The destabilizing impact on thought - by thought - feels like we don’t belong, since the thought has no basis.  Feeling reflects insanity by acknowledging what we are thinking as bad, wrong, disconnected etc. and it is not a reflection of who we are but what we are choosing to think - that is thoughtless. The present traumatic stress created by imagining the only place we  always are is the place we don’t belong or fit into is crazy since crazy is as crazy does.  Thinking is something we do it is not who we are or we wouldn’t know something is wrong.

If we can think we’re not thinking what we’re thinking our words, feelings and outward behaviors are going to seem to be happening to us rather than being caused by us. To think circumstances happen to us is to think we’re non-existent. If this were true denial, defiance and defense would create an abundance of satisfaction rather than an abundance of conflict, stress and anxiety.

Thought has no life of its own. It cannot act against, intrude on, or attack us. Thinking is at our disposal, like our bodies that  head where we aim them. That does not mean our aim is sane. None of this internal dialogue is happening anywhere other than where it is fostered and maintained in our brains and to think of its effect as hidden until we express it outwardly is to think we can control and hide it while it is written on our face and feels like we’re carrying the world on our shoulders.

Our conversation has no demands. What is happening is happening whether we think it should be, is supposed to be or wish it was or wasn’t.  Stabilizing thought is as easy as it is to destabilize it.

Thinking always changes and is something we do and only seems to define us when we think our thoughts are true, do we think our words are gospel. rather than expressions of imagination.

Our survival depends on thinking correctly more often than not.  Obsessive thoughts are bent on dysfunction, defensiveness, and destruction. These are all, like compulsions; suicidal tendencies.

We do not need to be near death to experience life.  And to see we have been defending the life of something only imagined to exist is to see that the self we’ve tried to save was nothing but a thought.
