MOD episodes have no shelf-life or expiration date. Since our focus is principled and always happening now - each will always reflect the fluid nature of current events.
“All we are is peace, love and wisdom and the power to create the illusion that we are not.”

It is a leap to consider delusion, lies or hallucinations have any power but to their creator imagining them real. This scary, lonely, seeming blindness to reality is how any lack of substance, like any pitch black abyss lacking function, usefulness, or value appears. Empty thoughts thinking another empty thought can be true appears to have us think we are blind to reality. Thought’s impact is immediate since it is based on what we’re thinking now.
Nature does not argue or have any internal conflict since it knows - it does not think. The nature of nature is peace and while it might express states that seem conflicted they are interactive rather than inter-reactive. Nature is our nature. When we act out of order, and thinking is a primary action, we induce and impose the instability of pressure, stress and anxiety on our bodily experience since we are opposed to what is happening even while it is happening. To think subsequent disordered thoughts can be put in order by maintaining them is not sane. To act on the disturbance of inner conflict, upheaval and emotional turmoil is to foster them in subsequent thoughts. Conceding thought is central to the impact of these disturbing conditions is to see them as something we are choosing rather than helplessly think they are happening to us. We cannot function well while imagining what is not happening is all that is happening.
There is no sanity in delusions and no delusion in reality. Emotional sobriety is living sanely just as not drinking or using drugs is sane for an alcoholic or drug addict. This applies to all compulsive behaviors since entertaining ideas that are not true, while believing they are true, causes reactive, impulsive and compulsive behaviors trying to escape the inner turmoil and conflict created. What is happening is always happening as it is happening where we are - and it includes all we are thinking about what is happening. Dissolving problems is easy. Trying to redo what we’ve done to get over them, push past them, feel better about them, or be in opposition to them, is only as hard as the experience of immediate pressure born only in thought borne as weight in the immediacy of the moment - now
Honesty is not waiting for the right thing to say. It is expressing what is being thought, as it is being thought, right or wrong. To avoid having things as they are is to feel so mired and hopeless that we think it is impossible, while the impossibility is in the immediacy of thinking not having something suggests we have nothing to do with what we are experiencing. Honestly is not brutal while it reveals the brutality we create in the condemnation that naturally results from making believe humanity is the creator of reality and truth while it is the product of both. The small inner voice, is not a voice, but a sense of knowing so long denied we think we can’t hear, what we know.
Our discussion is an awakened mediation to apply what we know even as we think we don’t. Openly discussing what is happening as it is happening is an exercise we can always use to better express our natural abilities with all that is and all that are.
