I created mental manager to share with others the struggles that I have had with guiding my mind in where it goes. I have realized that more and more people tell me that they have no control over their actions or do not know why they do what they do. I too have been there long ago and I will never go back. I am here to share the things that I have learned from others. You all may know many of the things that I will talk about but you might not be doing them.
