I'm an alien....mindful misfit.

I created an inner superhero after discovering the best thing I could do for my mental health was to accept, like and love myself AS IS. Her name is Mental Girl. I decided to write about it as well as create a podcast sharing my feelings about...all things mental. I decided to do a little spin off and rename my podcast Mindful Misfit. See where it takes me. Rebecca, that's me, a.k.a. Mental Girl is a Mindful Misfit. And what exactly is that? Well come find out.
