Imagine that you're driving to work and you get a flat tire. Normally you would be thrown into a loop of frustration but this time, instead of getting upset about the incident. you're thrilled to be in the sunshine, getting your hands dirty and feeling the motion of your body while you fix the tire.

Or imagine you get up one Saturday morning at the internet is down, you call the provider and it's a major outage that will take all day to fix. Usually, this would ruin your Saturday of relaxing but this time, you love it because you get to dive into that book you've been neglecting, spend more significant one-on-one time with your spouse, or journal more intimately than you otherwise would have been able to.

That's what this week's episode is about, learning to love the things that happen to you regardless of whether we consider them good or bad. This is a more abstract philosophical conversation than our previous but we hope you find something useful in it that you can put into your life to add more value and meaning.
