With minimum talking only in the beginning and end and nothing but the 144hz tuning fork making its waves you can use this for however you want to. Perhaps listening to it in the background doing dishes or perhaps using it as a meditation always carry God with you however your God is for you whoever that is to you. With much appreciation and much value. Thank you so much for Choosing Happy. Have a blissed day.
