This is a podcast about spiritual journeys. I talk to friends and others whose spirituality I respect or find interesting. We discuss their concept of spirituality, where it is derived from, the path they took to arrive at it as well as what they do to maintain it. We are all individuals, with our own journeys. Even when we subscribe to the same dogma, our interpretations may still be vastly different. These stories are intended to be inspirational, thought-provoking and maybe even educational. They are neither sermons nor lectures. They are just people who I believe have a story to tell, sharing their experience and hope with us.
