
This guided meditation is meant for grounding and connecting to nature. It is best practiced outside, and you get bonus points if you're near a body of water! Of course if none of that is available to you, you may practice this indoors with a little imagination. This meditation uses chakras as reference points in the body, but you do not need to have any experience or knowledge of working with the chakras to enjoy this meditation.
