New to plant based eating
Downloaded the podcast about two weeks ago... I have about 10 episodes to go before I've finished listening to every...single..episode of BOTH seasons. I have also completed listening to every single episode of her other podcast as well. I have found so much value in this and I am disappointed that there aren't more.

I love the topics on here about trying to live plant based in a meat eating world! Eating out, managing social situations, eating healthy while on vacation, etc. I'm excited for the episodes coming out in 2017!

This is my favorite podcast! It's nice to hear about all the different experiences of people who eat a whole food plant based diet (no animal products, limited processing and refined sugars, no oil). Lindsay is a great interviewer and all the guests have something to share -- people who have just started eating this way, those who have been plant-based for years, and even people who are still transitioning. Lindsay also sometimes interviews experts in the field such as doctors and nutritionists. Topics covered have been everything from health issues, travel, weight loss, exercise, pregnancy, kids, and even dating while being wfpb

Real and relatable
I love this podcast because Lindsay chats with her members and you get to hear theyre experiences with her meal plans and how it fits into they're life. Everyone's experience is different and its a voice for living a plant based lifestyle in today's world.

Positivity. Inspiration. Motivation. Plant Based Education!
I've been eating a (mostly) plant based and living a compassionate animal and planet lifestyle for over 3 years. I love living and eating this way, but knew I could do better for reasons I won't get into. The Meal Mentor podcast series is such a positive source of education, inspiration, motivation, and support. I listen to it daily on my 40 min drive to work and it continues to speak to me throughout the day and keep me in the mindset I NEED to to stick to the Meal Plans, which I've just started in an effort to lose a few pounds and get even healthier.
Lindsay is so kind, fun, happy, full of experience and knowledge we vegans can all relate to, and I just love listening to her. How could you not want to know her!? I seriously wish we were friends. Haha! Ok, enough of the stalker talk, but honestly, the topics are great, the co-pilots/guests are relatable, and the casts are well guided conversationally. I highly recommend this series for those looking to adopt a plant based diet, lose some weight, or even for seasoned vegan veterans. You'll find them to be a valuable support and resource for the many challenges and celebrated wins (YAY!) we all encounter before, during and after making this fantastic lifestyle change.

Ever since I discovered this podcast, I have been listening to it faithfully every Friday before work. The interviews are interesting, informative, and inspiring. I feel a sense of belonging to a group of people who are striving for the same thing I am--excellent health through a WFPB diet--and I get to hear how others have powered through struggles and strongholds, so it brings me hope, too, that I can do the same. Lindsay - My Food Guru!
I love the podcast. I’m less than a year into being fully whole foods plant-based (WFBP) and I find the guidance and suggestions each week invaluable to my progress in this lifestyle. The podcast is my weekly coaching session in implementing and living a lifestyle that may seem daunting without help and guidance. Listening introduces me to new WFPB friends and lets me learn from Lindsay who is amazingly positive and inspiring. She is a great friend on this journey, and I learn from her every week. I highly recommend this podcast to anyone that wants to: eat better, feel better, look better and be better. I also recommend it to anyone that wants to learn more about the Whole Foods Plant-Based lifestyle, as it is an invaluable practical tool to making it happen.

Each week there is a different perspective shared. I don't have many people in my life that understand my journey to a whole foods, plant based lifestyle. So, listening to the podcasts really help me feel like I am connected to a community of people. Just hearing other people's struggles and triumphs helps me to put where I am at in my journey in perspective. Progress not perfect is such a beutiful way to live- worth a listen!!

Lindsay's books and welcoming online attitude drew me in and really got me excited about eating vegan. I am so glad to hear her voice on a regular basis! This is an encouraging, to the point, enthusiastic podcast about eating the vegan lifestyle - low/no oil, which keeps my weight in check!
