In todays episode I discuss how my children's cries can trigger me, distract me and sometimes fuel the victim mindset and self-sabotage mentality. I discuss what has occurred in my personal experience and how I'm navigating through.
We sometimes allow other forces to influence and trigger us which can sometimes lead us into a path of self-destruction. Through a mindful approach that you will witness me go through in the podcast as my own daughter had a meltdown (not a bad one though lol) and what I do to help myself continue to stay present, have self care and enjoy the moments.
