Why do we condemn the women that choose to have hairy arm pits and elevate the manly hairy shoulders?
Why Are We Grossed Out by Women With Armpit Hair?
Today I delve into the history of hair removal and the surprising sociology about the hair on your body and what that stands for in today's society.
Below are some informative links that I got some information from.
I hope this helps

Yes this episode is about hair maintenance to all my curl haired people but it is also about how to take care of yourself during and out of this pandemic AGAIN.
We all have obstacles both great and small but this doesn't mean we need to give up on our 1. appearance 2. Ultimate happiness.
Have a listen if you want to laugh and get some perspective on your current situation.
I hope this helps.

If today's time isn't the best time to let go of all the disappointment and anger then I don't know when your next life altering opportunity will arise.
Today's episode is another 'day in the life of Sally' and how I did my research both on the internet and in my brain files to forgive someone who hurt me and move on.
If you have been struggling with anger and even resentment there is no timeline for forgiveness but remember there is a timeline for us.
How much baggage do you want to carry with you in this life and possibly the next? If you believe in that sorta stuff.
I hope it helps.

Today I sat down with an amazing person Pam Li who has defied the odds of gender, age and time to be this force that continues to help other people be the best version of themselves.
How does she do it when she's a Mum, wife and business owner?
It's cumulative, it takes time and failure.
I hope you enjoy this episode and I hope it helps.

In 2020, it is estimated that it will remain the fifth most common cause of death from cancer and the second most common cause of death from cancer among females. Here is my second part of 'So you have cancer, now what?' with special guest Mel.
Mel sat down with me and graciously told me her story from when she was a teenager till now.
Mel loves to go hiking and go out to the beach and she loves Aussie birds which has helped her have a different perspective on life especially what she has and is currently going through.
I hope this helps

The C word is something I couldn't bring myself to say even when someone close to me had to go through it twice. Every person goes through it differently and no specialist or doctor could ever give you the answer to the question we all search for "why me?".
I sit down and interview an amazing lady, mother and human Shelby as she takes me through her journey and what she did next after her diagnosis.
