Our guest for this episode is Samantha Melching. Sam is currently the National Service Quality and Development Manager for ‘Act for Kids’, which is a fabulous Australian charity that supports children and their families who have experienced abuse and neglect. Sam has extensive experience in the non-profit sector, which possibly says something about Sam’s strong sense of commitment to developing community and social engagement initiatives.

Our guest for this episode is Andrew Smith. Andrew is currently the Chief Engineer at Northrop Grumman, who have an established and growing partnership with Australian Defence, particularly in terms of space capability, which is part of Andrew’s portfolio here in Australia. His role now is to connect businesses so that they enhance Australia’s space capabilities. And Andrew has a strong track record in developing others, which he enjoys.

Our guest for this episode is Rod Watton. Rod describes himself as a Project Management Professional, but his experience and expertise ranges much further and wider than that. He’s initiated many business enterprises, particularly in property development.. He’s developed and re-engineered business systems and work processes, rationalized production processes in terms of supply chain to marketplace, and developed corporate policies and procedures. Rod also has experience in Adult Education and Training, and has written a book called “Project Management Framework: A Structure for All Organisations’, which is on it’s 4th edition.

Our guest for this episode is Dr Greg Usher. Greg is currently the Executive General Manager for RPS, who are a global professional services firm who define, design and manage urbanising and defence projects. Greg has successfully managed geographically and technically diverse teams in an executive capacity throughout Australia and the South Pacific, and built businesses from start-up, led organisations through mergers, consolidations, integrations, and change management processes. Greg has also found time, amongst all this, to complete his PhD by publications here at USQ, and authored two books, with another one on the way.
