Maxx's Minutes is a real estate focused podcast hosted by Maxx Crowley (@maxxcrowley). Maxx uses this podcast to take listeners into the world of real estate by telling the behind the scene stories that you don't always hear about and he does this through the incredible guests that he interviews. From architects and agents to investors and neighborhood legends, Maxx deconstructs the stories behind these incredible people and how they impact the world of real estate. He hopes that through this podcast it will spark interest in his listeners to get involved in real estate, whether it is buying their first home or investing with friends, and learn more about this incredible industry.ABOUT MAXX: Maxx is the Vice President of Asset Management and Investment Sales assisting clients in the acquisition of commercial investment properties as well as managing over $70M in assets across Fairfield County. Prior to joining SCA Crowley, Maxx was a residential real estate broker in Manhattan working for the Julia Hoagland Team at Compass. During his time on the team, Maxx and his group generated over $47M in sales landing them the accolade as one of the top teams in Manhattan and their office. Before joining the real estate business, Maxx worked in the advertising industry where he was on new business and strategy teams at both Universal McCann and Vox Media. Maxx has translated those experiences into the real estate industry becoming a problem solver for his clients and bringing fresh innovative ideas to the table. Maxx was born and raised in Westport, Connecticut. Surrounded by real estate his entire life through his father’s company, SCA Crowley Real Estate Services, Maxx felt passionate in following the footsteps of his family.
