Fellow recruiter and longtime connection, Aysia, joins Maximize Monday this week to discuss her recent job search, what got her into recruiting, some of the skills she developed in her time working in customer support that have helped her be successful, and advice that has been beneficial along the way. We also discussed her efforts to make mental health and DEI initiatives a priority during her recent search, the research she did into the companies that interviewed her to ensure that values aligned, and how she took some time during the search to pursue new certifications that will assist in her career development.

Having met through wrestling, we discuss how taking acting classes helped her be comfortable as a ring announcer and interviewer, and then led to some opportunities in film. Rosaria talks about her start in the horror genre, how being involved in the entirety of the project gave her a love for some of the behind-the-scenes responsibilities, future projects that are in the works, and advice she'd give to anyone else looking to get started in acting.
