This spotlight is with Mainga, who is a second-year medical student at the University of Bristol.   

Mainga came from a non-science background, working in media production and publishing, before completing an access course and then going onto study at Bristol. We talk about bringing transferable skills to medicine, working in your excellence and finding the place where you do your best work.
