Matt has never been successful without his brothers help

Started slow, found his groove then dropped off the podcast since only to re-emerge with older bro in new format on different show. Will Sunday service return in 2023??🤔.

This show is leftist cringe. Matt is the kind of person nobody actually likes because he always has a problem with everything. Not funny or entertaining in the slightest.

Matt puts down peoples religions and what they believe in his podcast, all the while pretending to be morally superior. I guess if you like angry, far left podcasts this is the one for you

Such a fan. He’s so funny, and genuine, and sexy. He’s been my best friend all quarantine but I’m not sure he knows that. Love this podcast and I absolutely recommend anyone that likes being a human.

Y'talkbout pol too'muuuuuuuuuuu. Especially concerning when a fan writes you a thoughtful message conceding at multiple points. Talk about what you wanna talk about, but it's paradoxical to have an audience but then also tell the audience you don't care bout wh'they'think........

I really liked when he would bring guests to the show, all of the topics were really interesting, but he hasn’t done that in months, and now just goes solo. I listen to this podcast during my commute, and everyone once in a while I find it funny or interesting, but now he does this thing where he ironically sings a song on pretty much every episode, whether it’s bts, or vin diesel, the first time it was kinda funny, but he drags it out for 2 minutes every episode now, I get that it’s a bit and it’s just a joke but you can’t honestly think someone genuinely still finds that funny. Bring guests back.

The D’Elia brothers should have spent more time going to Mass! Instead they are just two douche bags with terrible podcasts who demean anyone who disagrees with them. Also Chris masturbated in a woman’s car without her permission (obviously) which is extremely perverted. Matt spends most of his time blaming conservative whites for everything while the country burns because of.....another demographic. Kay!

Literally the host discusses how he wants to punch his friend in the face because they have different political outlooks. Pathetic and childish podcast. Don’t waste the time. Also look into what his brother did. Gross all around. Guy spends hours bashing people he disagrees with. This guy is the prime example of a spoiled brat

This podcast is equal parts entertaining and thought-provoking. I listen to mostly comedy podcasts, so this is a much-needed change of pace, especially given the chaotic climate that is 2020. Matt does a remarkable job of articulating this his thoughts/confusion on a variety of heavy-hitting subjects. He’s unapologetically candid, incredibly self aware, and he genuinely believes in fostering intelligent conversations.

Was funny at a point. Once he starts talking politics I’m out.

Hi Matt I understand not wanting to attack your brother publicly. But i am disappointed to see you not address the women suffering and who have been hurt in your statement. Your brother obviously needs help. That is clear. Very clear. I know you will be there for him and don’t want to add to his pain. But i do think it’s important that men speak up and say women deserve more respect than this. I’m sorry this happened. We need to do better. People are not good or bad. There are so many grey areas. But ya women and especially underage women - deserve the acknowledgment and respect.

I’m not much of a podcast person, to be honest. It takes a special one to get and keep my attention. Matt has such an authentic way of sharing his opinions, it’s quite compelling. We seem to agree on most things, with an occasional exception, but his format certainly allows for differing opinions... unless you’re nuts. Then he’ll for SURE let you know. Matt’s got a killer radio voice, and seems to be a genuinely nice person... how could you not love him? The answer is: you simply cannot not. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

More than ever, it’s refreshing to hear an individual willing and able to hear all sides of contentious issues out. Thoughtful in agreement, and respectful in disagreement. Many would do well to hear not just the content, but the wisdom with which it’s approached. I’m in!

Matt is so well-spoken and wise! I love tuning in to hear his perspective of current events on solo episodes and listening along with him when he interviews others. Such a cool idea for a pod. One of my faves!

I’m not “bathed in the blood of Jesus” or the blood anyone for that matter; as mentioned by a sassy church-goer who stated she refused to stay home on Easter and was safe from Covid-19. I do know Matt D’Elia is Confused is an excellent Podcast with a a realistic view from a rational voice in these weird ass times. Prior to Covid Matt has guests on who cover a wide array of topics to offer insight and broaden your world view.

I rated this show 3 stars because I think it can and will get better. Matt is still learning how to be a host. I think he’s at least a little bit trying to model himself after his brother’s very successful show, which is not the worst idea, but he definitely needs to explore his own identity a bit more. There are times during his show where there is a lull, because he’s trying to stay loose and have an impromptu style. This is something that works for his brother, because Chris is a professional entertainer. I think it’s worth noting that Matt does not yet have the chops to carry an entire podcast on his own shoulders in that way. Another issue is that he’s not necessarily a naturally funny guy, but I’m sure he can develop that as well if he sticks with it. Worth a listen overall. Will be interesting to see how the show matures over time. Hope you find your voice Matt.

Curiosity is what keeps us alive and young. This podcast satisfies my hunger for more understanding. Good stuff!
