Perspective is everything. It can be difficult to step outside when your smack in the middle of something or believe in something. This show explores possible perspectives on daily life situations we all face. Things like managing being a parent, working, exercise, nutrition, while still living a fulfilled life. The first season will be monologues with thought provoking ideas that I encounter in my coaching practice. Each episode will be real, raw and unedited. Together we will discuss how to create small habits to yield long term change.
