My recent depression was caused buy my own comparison to my colleagues personal success and that is a disaster waiting to happen. In this episode I explore the only comparison that I believe we should make and that is comparing our self to ourselves.

This show explores possible perspectives on daily life situations we all face. Things like managing being a parent, working, exercise, nutrition, while still living a fulfilled life. The first season will be monologues with thought provoking ideas that I encounter in my coaching practice. Each episode will be real, raw and unedited.
