3. Cancel your todo lists with self-love
Sometimes we are not in a state, where we can accomplish all the things we set ourselves up to do. I experienced it first-hand this week, after coming back from my holidays. I decided to cancel my todo list with self-love. After recording, I listening to my episode, and I feel that I bragged a bit too much about being an A student. I’m happy that I did well in school, but I can say for certain that it didn’t have much to say about how I did later in life. If you’re not an A student, don’t feel bad about it. Actually, feel relieved that you don’t need to measure yourself against some arbitrary standard set by your experience of school. How do you practice self-love? And when do you know that you should take a step back to relax and re-energize yourself? Send me message to let me know.
