Here using “Behavioural Engineering”, kids are habituated into “doing by self- learning” using principles of constructivism, bricolage, collaboration, & transfer of learning. Students through SmartProjects self-learn day to day activities connected to syllabus. These start-ups span across sustainable agriculture, medical devices, Automotive, and transportation. Asides, in higher education, RV collage of Engineering has signed up as one of the first collages. Students know that the same principles are used in real world i.e., in peer-mentor.
