The change in season is a great time to start prospecting again. Prospecting is the first step in the relationship-building process, which consists of identifying potential massage therapy clients, aka prospects. The goal of prospecting is to develop a humanist database of likely clients and then systematically communicate with them in the hopes of converting them from potential clients to current clients.
