Just got done listening to rebuilding trust. It was a great message and I had to pause the show and think about arguments that my husband and I have had. It made me realize that I do tend to enter into conversations with my defenses up and sometimes what should be a simple conversation turns into an argument. I like the advice of praying with your spouse before entering into those conversations or just say a quick prayer by yourself.

Just listened to your podcast about the little things. I really enjoyed it it. It opened my eyes to appreciating what my husband goes for me. I’m looking forward to applying some of the things you talked about❤️
