I am Marie and I invite you to join me in my unedited exploration of what it means to live a messy, beautiful life. This is a safe space for anyone who is sick of pretending to have it all figured out. I am a wife and mother, a yoga instructor and BodyMind coach, but most of all- I am human. In every episode, I will share whatever is on my mind and heart.
