This interview was a great experience. I thoroughly enjoyed the format. Jeff was engaging, entertaining and had obviously done his research before the interview. I would highly recommend this show to anyone needing a spiritual boost.

This felt like the beginning of a warm friendship! Just the vibe that everyone should listen to as often as possible to remind themselves of what feeling good feels like. Great conversation! Jeff asked me questions that he allowed me to expand upon and while I was reflecting, really brought it home and even choked myself up a little and had some tears. It's from my heart. Have a lot more to tell and say that is truly from my heart as well and know, there is a time limit, but certainly the questions and reflection for me, combined with thinking of things I've not thought of in either decades or maybe ever, made an impact even on myself, reminding me of things that I should think about more often. Highly recommend!
