The Duinbiya juwan jakvn "4·18 Festival" marks the anniversary of the Sibe Western Migration of 1764. From Manchuria Mukden( Shenyang) to Xinjiang.Sibe people are descendants of the Qing dynasty military garrison speak the “Sibe Gisun”, a Manchurian-Tungusic language, is one of the many languages which have been classified as "Severely endangered" by the United Nations' cultural organisation (Unesco).
