This is by far the best business/management podcast I've ever happened upon. Each podcast outlines specific actions and behaviors to make you a more effective manager in the core areas a manager needs to go from "OK" to "Great." This is a great intro podcast to the full Manager Tools weekly podcast.

These guys know their stuff. They give simple, practical advice for the manager and the one who will soon be a manager. Their basic steps and advice get you started on the road to excellence in management. It isn't sexy or particularly exciting, except when you see it working. They teach that good management is repeating simple things over and over. They are so right. It isn't always easy, you just need to do it. This podcast gets you started.
