I am so thankful that there is this space for US. Our experiences, our stories, our voices ..we deserve to be heard.

Before becoming pregnant, I listened to so many birth podcasts and I could count on one hand how many were the stories of black mothers. This space is so necessary. We need to hear voices of those who have the same experiences as we do, those who we can relate to. I love that this podcast showcases empowering and positive birth stories so women can know that birth and pregnancy aren’t always traumatic or what they see in the movies. Thank you Jessica!

I love love love this podcast. While pregnant I listened to a lot of podcasts be none of them I could fully relate to. However, this one is most definitely relatable. Thank you Jessica for bringing mama's in color to the forefront through your podcast!
