This week Maria chats with Michelle Kevill who is a coach for high-achieving corporate women who want to feel passionate about their job again. The two of them talk about how an outward image of having the "perfect" life is far from a guarantee of feeling good about yourself internally. Similarly, when it comes to getting out of the perpetual cycle of burnout and perfectionism, tackling your internal beliefs and tendencies always needs to come first. Without that internal work, external steps would always provide temporary relief at best, or will make things ever harder for you at worst.
