This week we continue our discussion about seasonality and the cycles of our lives. We talk about how, even in the periods of our lives that are not our favorites, we can find things that are nurturing and beautiful, while still allowing ourselves to not love other parts of the experience. 

We also talk about the concepts of "positive" and "negative" emotion and how the portrayal of such emotions in TV and movies is usually very one-dimensional and does not allow for nuance or options in how we actually experience them.
