This week we talk about how focusing on what’s going right in your work can actually serve you. Our brains have a tendency to default to negative thought patterns and to look for what’s going wrong...the problem with this pattern is that it makes doing your work feel terrible - but it doesn’t have to be that way! You can choose *on purpose* to look for evidence for how you ARE doing it right - and that usually makes your work (and your life) way more fun!
