Change in some capacity is necessary more often than not if you are trying to make things happen. Things to keep in mind:⁣ ⁣ 1. Waiting for time to pass does not mean things will change⁣. ⁣ 2. Too much change is sometimes the thing that needs to change⁣. ⁣ 3. Change does not need to be permanent. A recalibration is at times a necessity.
