Ian has given me a new perspective on theme parks. Each episode brings up great new points and examples in a very listener-friendly way.

Well written and well spoken podcast. Ian takes very complex topics and breaks them down into a very understandable process. His attention to detail, keeping things relatable and his ability to change his tone, keeps the listener engaged and waiting to hear what’s next.

It’s bursting with the sort of insights and information that aspiring Imagineers and theme park enthusiasts delight in. Some of this is due to Ian’s history as a Walt Disney World cast member. Some of it is due to his having worked as a college professor. The rest of it? Well, the guy’s a 50/50 blend of intimidating intelligence and eagle-eyed astuteness!

I've always loved theme parks at a surface level. Mr. Kay lets us enjoy them on many more levels!

I love how Ian breaks down both storytelling and theme park design, tying together their correlation with fun, tangible examples that speak directly to my inner child. Makes me want to go to Disney!

We're only one episode in so far, but I like how Ian makes concepts that were so hard to grasp in English class easy to grasp via a podcast. I can't wait to see these concepts specifically applied to theme parks (which Ian promises will happen beginning in Episode 2).
