Mental Health Awareness is very important. It is important that we take care of our mental health and find healthy ways to cope on a rough day. It is important that the mask comes off and to make a strong komeback. I want to help others not only through my knowledge and professional expertise, but also through my personal experience. It’s okay to seek professional help. Support is very important. Let’s learn ways to communicate effectively, take off the mask, and cope in a healthy manner. I just want to encourage you to keep pushing. Change negative thoughts to positive thoughts. God is with you. Ask yourself if your thoughts are T-is it true? H- is it helpful? I- is it inspiring? N-is it necessary? K- is it kind? Cast down the negative thoughts and think on positive things. Think on Christ- like things.
