Perfect for me as a mom
Edited in Feb 2026: I love the latest episode with meredith on meal prep and actual food ideas. I would love more like this – quick practical real food examples for busy moms!

I don’t know how it took me so long to find this! It’s what I’ve wanted for motivation & information for years. I love the practical mom aspects (I have 4 kids- two are teens, two younger). I love the specifics on strength training & DR focus. Please keep this podcast like it is! I feel like a lot of fitness podcasts transition to broader topics like productivity, self care, mental health, but please keep your focus on exercise & nutrition for moms. (I love how you talk about how exercise is so effective in helping anxiety & depression.) I need it. I’m going on a walk now & will be listening!

Relatable and Simple
Andrea makes things super easy to understand and breaks something that may seem unattainable into small incremental steps. She focuses on not just your physical health, but your overall well being as a human. I find her to be extremely relatable in the season of life we are both in and appreciate how she incorporates that into her podcasts. Not everyone can dedicate 5-6 days a week to working out for 60-90 minutes. She gives you a way to have wins all day every day. I’m thankful I found her instagram account and podcast as it’s helped me tremendously.

Too much Misinformation
The recent episode about UTI was full of inaccurate information, which is no surprise given the “experts” have no medical background and are selling a cranberry supplement. Please, for the sake of your listeners, do a follow up episode with a healthcare provider (not a naturopath), Urologist or Urogynecologist.
The episodes on fitness and nutrition are helpful, but over the last year Andrea has addressed a lot more medical topics that are lacking in appropriate experts to relay the information. I was so hopeful with a recent guest who was an MD discussing perimenopause, and that episode was great. Unfortunately it quickly fell short again after that.

Love a great example!
Love that Andrea involves her family and is a great example of balance! I’ve followed her for years and I love her demonstrations and personality. Her podcast is helpful for moms who need some help after having babies. Stuff you won’t learn from a regular OBGYN.

Unfair/incomplete advice
I really enjoy 90% of this show, but I will have to unsubscribe from this podcast due to the incomplete advice often given. Andrea frequently mentions in her podcast that hormones can affect weight loss and mood. While this information can be accurate, she fails to mention that the majority of people—approximately 90%—will have to pay out of pocket for hormone testing and treatment. Most insurance plans do not cover labs and testing that are not evidence-based, meaning the cost is passed on to the patient.
Hormone testing and treatment can be very expensive, and many people are already struggling to afford basic healthcare. I find it unfair to her listeners that she encourages seeking these tests without clarifying the financial burden they might face. For example, she mentioned that she recently started taking testosterone. However, testosterone is rarely tested in women unless there is a specific concern, such as PCOS. As someone who works in a busy primary care clinic, I have no female patients on testosterone. It’s likely that she is working with a functional medicine provider, whose services are often not covered by insurance.
This kind of advice can lead listeners to distrust their healthcare providers, who are required to follow science and adhere to insurance regulations. I think it’s important to provide listeners with a more complete picture so they can make informed decisions.

Simple, Practical, Encouraging + Funny
Andrea has a gift in making something that can be complicated and intimidating to try to understand and simplify it in such an extraordinary way that anyone can understand and go apply it right then and there! I learn SO much from her and have shared her with so many of my mommy friends! She gives many examples which helps me understand better and shares stories that keep it engaging and resonating with me. Each podcast’s subject is so timely, necessary and practical. You can find short podcasts for a quick listen which I love as a busy mom of 4 AND she has ones that delve deeper into a subject to give it the secretary time required for it. She’s funny, and I find myself laughing with her and lightening my mood. And lastly, (which is my favorite part) Andrea makes sure she leaves encouraging ALWAYS. I love when she says you’re doing better than you think you are. Makes me tear up every time. I am thanking God for you and for the energy and effort you put into each and every podcast Andrea! Because of your podcast, I feel confident in sharing info to encourage other moms who struggle and a walking beacon of hope for those who have always struggle with their weight. Endless wealth of education.
I’ve followed Andrea for years. I’ve heard every episode, some twice. I’ve done her programs. I’ve had great results. But there is something about this podcast that I find invaluable! Andrea seems to go out of her way to fill the gaps in her own expertise by finding the most amazing experts that parallel her personal wealth of knowledge and take it the extra step. I’m not a review type of girl but after her gut health episode I decided to voice my love and appreciation for Andrea’s sincere desire to EDUCATE us as women and moms so that we are set up to thrive in our own bodies. Easy to understand Info
I love all of Andrea’s platforms- the podcast is so informative and easy to listen. Most are within 30 min and she just explains every topic in such a simple way, especially the more complex topics like hormones and how our bodies work. I love her passion for educating on proper form in her IG videos and every topic related to fitness and health on her podcasts. I wish I lived in Arizona so she could train me in person!
