Today we talk about the biggest and most important institutions of the global economy. Banks perform several vital roles in ensuring that money is constantly flowing through the economy so that productivity can keep going with little to no hiccups. Banks are sort of like the Robin Hood of the economy. They take money from the "rich" and loan it to the "poor". The terms rich and poor here refer to the amount of cash you have on hand and not your wealth. Tune in to hear how banks redistribute wealth and balance out the economy!
