On a hot summer night in 1995, between the absolute turd of King of the Ring '95 and the awesome Survivor Series '95, we got SummerSlam '95. The entire show was garbage except for a halfway decent Casket Match between the Undertaker and Kama, and an amazing Ladder Match where Shawn Michaels and Razor Ramon ran back their historic WrestleMania X encounter for the IC Title. Diesel did his best in the main event against King Mabel and almost got paralyzed for it.

With WrestleMania 42 now in the books, I'm going to run down all the good, the bad, and the in-between. The build to the show was whacky, some of the matches were odd, night 1 was so-so, and night 2 ended pretty divisively.

Despite being called the 25th anniversary of WrestleMania, WrestleMania 25 was not that. Nor was it a great show. From men winning divas battle royals, to Kid Rock getting way too much screen time, to John Cena being jackhammered into an Edge and Big Show feud, to the blood feud between Triple H and Randy Orton being neutered by a stipulation, this show was not great. However, there were some high points, especially when it came to Undertaker vs. Shawn Michaels.

Weird gimmicks, multi-people matches, nonsensical feuds, BS finishes, and ignoring the rules. That and so much more is what you can expect from WWF WrestleMania XV, which took place in 1999 in the home of ECW, Philadelphia!

But WrestleMania 1 is near and dear to many wrestling fans, and it launched Vince McMahon's WWF empire into superstardom! Now, we move on to 1996, where The Mega Powers take on The Alliance to End Hulkamania (real name) in a 3-tier cage match. This event has 2-on-8, 3-story cage matches, the Booty Man, battling Hispanics for the US Title, feuding Europeans, giants clashing, a disastrous Chicago Street Fight, and more! My God, this was a beautiful mess.
