A lot of things have been said and told about love in Urdu poetry. For a great number of people, Urdu poetry is majorly about Love. Although, the biggest name in Urdu literature had perceived Love in a very different manner. Here, I attempt at easing out one of the thousand perspectives in which Ghalib can be interpreted. I am yet to learn a lot about Ghalib and each day I try to improve on my knowledge of Ghalib and other Urdu poets. So, if i have unknowingly committed any mistake.
