As the grand-child of Chinese immigrants, I totally related to the "Growing up with Immigrant Parents" epsiode as my mother was just like that even though she wasn't an immigrant. As an adult, I understood her reasons for doing what she did but as an adult, I think parents can do better. Really enjoyed the episode.

After 10 years of marriage there are no illusions. I enjoy the host’s connection and energy. they really seem to like and respect each other. The immigrant parent’s episode resonated on a deep level with me especially. I’m looking forward to future episodes.

They are very humble and transparent, acknowledging their own frustrations and shortcomings, and not having all the answers, but having hope and optimism for learning and discovering as they journey through life together.
